- We quote the freight, local charges and customs fee, and list the next sailings.
- Once you confirm, we book the space, arrange haulage and prepare the export documents.
- We clear customs, load at Westports or Northport and update you until the cargo arrives.

Is TNS a logistics company or a freight forwarder?
Both. We are a freight forwarder (we book space with shipping lines and airlines) and we also run the logistics around the shipment — customs clearance, haulage and warehousing. If you are unsure which kind of company you need, see carrier, forwarder or agent?
Do you handle customs clearance yourselves?
Yes. Declarations are filed under our own customs licence, not passed to a third-party broker.
Do you take small shipments?
Yes for commercial cargo: LCL by sea, and air freight from about 100 kg. We do not handle personal effects, parcels or courier shipments.
